If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 72 hours after the date of the reservation request, the establishment will not charge. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the establishment will charge 100% of the value of the first night.

The client will pay in advance the first night of the hotel 24 hours after making the reservation.

Colombian residents must pay a 19% VAT on the price of each night starting January 1, 2024. Foreigners and non-resident Colombians are exempt from VAT if the purpose of their trip is: (a) to receive medical treatment, (b) rest or leisure activities as tourists, (c) to attend or participate in cultural, scientific, sports, conventions or business events, (d) tourist groups in maritime transit of cruise ships. For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the PT code with a validity of 90 days. If applicable, VAT will be charged at CheckOut, once the guest's fiscal residence has been confirmed.

According to Colombian law, only tourists who have an entry and stay permit with the stamps PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6 or PIP-10 or a valid temporary visa TP-7, TP-11 or TP 12 are exempt from paying taxes. Those who do not comply with this requirement must pay the tax at the hotel.
