Lodging agreement

Internal Lodging Regulations Art. l.- The present Internal Regulations oblige for its compliance both BARONESA GLAMPING with domicile in KM 15 via Santa Marta - Minca and the guests that contract its services.Art. 2.- Every person that stays in this establishment, is obliged to register in the card or special books that for such effect will be carried out by the establishment or person in charge of the same one. When the guests are a previously contracted group, their representative shall fill out the registration form or deliver in advance a list of guests who meet the requirements. Art. 3.- The check-in time is set at 3:00 p.m. and the check-out and vacating time is set at 12:00 p.m. each day. If a guest stays longer, an additional day's stay will be charged to the guest's bill, with a maximum tolerance of 60 minutes for this purpose. Art. 4.- The lodging service must be paid in advance on a daily basis when the stay is less than 7 days, for which reason all guests must establish credit by credit card or cash upon check-in. If the guest does not pay on time, he/she loses the right to use the room. The administration will issue payment vouchers or detailed invoice of the services rendered and the amount covered by them, when requested by the guest. The hotel does not assume responsibility for external contracted services such as cabs, dry cleaning or medical services.
